  • Although we welcome walk-ins if time allows, an appointment will guarantee that a fitting room will be available for you and we will work exclusively with you during your appointment. Please advise us if you are unable to keep your appointment so that we may open up that appointment to another bride.

  • Keep your cheerleaders, to a minimum. This is for the bride's sanity more than anything else!  Too many times we have seen brides melt under the pressure of everyone else's opinions.  There is nothing worse than seeing a beaming bride turn to tears from the pressure of a crowd that can not agree on what they think the bride should wear. SCARLET BRIDAL HAS A GUEST LIMIT OF 4 PLUS THE BBRIDE.

  • Your initial appointment is 90 MINUTES. We request that YOU BE ON TIME.  There is a good chance there is another bride coming in after you and we want to be sure she has her full appointment time as well.  Please call/text 24 hours in advance to cancel.

  • Proper undergarments must be worn when trying on our gowns. Please do not come “panty free”. Your appointment will be rescheduled.  Other brides are also trying the dresses on, we strive for the health of all our customers.  

  • We ask that you keep makeup to a minimum for fittings. In addition, please avoid perfumes and tanning solutions to protect our gowns.  If there is damage to a gown there is a $50 cleaning fee.  

  • We request that you and your guests remove your shoes before entering the fitting area. If this makes anyone uncomfortable, suggest that your guests bring along socks or slippers to wear while you are trying on the gowns.

  • NO food or drinks and NO ALCOHOL  allowed.

  • All items are sold AS IS.  We are not responsible for small pins left in by the manufacturer, discolored fabrics, sequence or beads. We are not responsible for size or fit based on weight gain or loss.  We are not responsible for, or make any promises for any other business including but not limited to alteration referrals.  You agree to these conditions/terms when you purchase from Scarlet Bridal.

  • Be open minded while shopping! Enjoy trying on all types/styles of dresses, you never know, what you will find!

  • Children are not allowed under the age of 12, unless newborns who need their momma.  The shop is small and not conducive for little ones.  Please understand we love kiddos, it is just not the place for them during your appointment.

THERE WILL BE A STYLIST IN THE CHANGING ROOM WITH EACH PERSON WITH ITEMS BEING TRIED ON AT ALL TIMES.  IT IS OUR STANDARD TO KEEP ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND FREE FROM DAMAGES.

  • Due to the special nature of the off-the-rack business, there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. EVERY SALE IS A FINAL SALE.

  • A 50% deposit is required for any item  that you are purchasing. We will hold it for you for 30 days. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Alterations are not done at or provided by Scarlet Bridal. 

  • Scarlet Bridal is NOT responsible for any defects once the item leaves our shop.

  • Abandoned property will become property of Scarlet Bridal. Items are considered abandoned when left at Scarlet Bridal 30 days after FULL Payment. If something has changed just let us know!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
    Yes, we are a small boutique and space is limited. Having an appointment insures that we have a dressing room just for you. Walk-ins are welcome, but if there is a bride with an appointment you are welcome to wait or make an appointment for another day.

  • WHAT KIND OF DRESSES DO YOU CARRY?
    We stock a large inventory of designer sample wedding dresses and formal wear.

  • WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
    Our space is very limited. Please no more than 4 people plus yourself. 

  • CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
    Yes you can!

  • WILL YOU HOLD A DRESS FOR ME?
    A wedding dress is a big purchase, we respect that you may want to sleep on it.   We CANNOT hold dresses, they must be kept on the floor for other brides to try on.  If you are a serious purchasing bride, we will take 50% down and hold it for you for up to 30 days and full payment on pick up.

  • ~DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.~

  • ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?  Pricing can be discussed.

  • CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A DRESS I LIKE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?
    With sample off the rack dresses, What you see is what you get!

  • WILL YOU STORE MY DRESS?
    Yes we will store your “paid in full” dress for 7 days. After 7 days there will be a storage fee of $25 a week or we can make an arrangement of $75 a month.

  • HOW DO I GET ALTERATIONS DONE ON MY DRESS?
    We will give you a list of seamstresses that are in our area that we believe are reputable. We recommend you contact them after you purchase your dress to have the proper amount of time for alterations.

  • CAN I RETURN MY DRESS AND ACCESSORIES?
    DUE TO THE NATURE OF OFF THE RACK... ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!

  • DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?
    Yes, we offer a payment plan. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE FEE is required to hold the gown. FULL PAYMENT is required within 30 days of down payment. If there is no payment, your plan will be forfeited and the dress will go back on the floor. Please keep in contact with us if you have to make other arrangements. The dress is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
